The S70FL01GSDPMFI011 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) FL-S Flash memory with a dual-die stack for automotive and industrial use. It supports SPI Multi-I/O, up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR, with a 3.0 V core and 1.65–3.6 V I/O supply. Features include uniform 256-kbyte sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, 2048-byte OTP, block protection, and Infineon 65 nm MirrorBit® technology. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification enables –40°C to +125°C operation.
