The S70FL01GSAGMFV011 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory, based on a dual-die stack of S25FL512S with 3.0 V core supply and up to 133 MHz clock. It features uniform 256-kbyte sectors, 512-byte page programming, and advanced security with block protection and OTP array. Supporting multiple SPI modes including Quad and DDR, it ensures 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (−40°C to +125°C).
