It supports SPI Multi-I/O up to 133 MHz, extended 32-bit addressing, and multiple read modes including Quad and DDR. Uniform 256 kbyte sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention ensure reliability. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) requirements. Security features include OTP and block protection.
