The S70FL01GSAGMFA010 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) stacked SPI Flash memory with two S25FL512S dies. It operates at 3.0 V and supports SPI Multi-I/O up to Quad DDR with 133 MHz clock speed. Uniform 256-kbyte sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention ensure reliability. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 supports -40°C to 125°C operation. RESET# is active and VIO is not supported. Suitable for automotive, industrial, and embedded storage.
