The S29GL512S11FHI020 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 16-bit data bus and 3.0 V core. It features random access times as low as 100 ns, 15 ns page access, and a 512-byte write buffer for fast programming. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, and 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector ensure high reliability.
