The S29GL512S11FAIV20 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It delivers random access times as fast as 110 ns and page access down to 25 ns, with a versatile I/O voltage range from 1.65 V to 3.6 V and ×16 data bus. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
