The S29GL064S90DHVV20 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology. It operates from a single 3.0 V supply with VIO from 1.65 V to VCC and delivers access times of 70–90 ns. The device features uniform or boot sector architectures, a 128-word/256-byte write buffer, and advanced sector protection. Endurance is rated at 100,000 erase cycles per sector.
