It operates from a single 3.0 V supply, supports access times down to 70 ns, and features a 128-word/256-byte write buffer. Hardware ECC provides single-bit error correction. Endurance is at least 100,000 erase cycles per sector, and typical data retention is 20 years. Qualified for industrial and automotive use, it operates from -40°C to +105°C.
