It delivers random access in 120 ns and page access in 15 ns, with a 512-byte programming buffer for efficient writes. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliability. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified, it operates from –40°C to +105°C for demanding embedded and automotive uses.
