It supports ×8/×16 data bus, fast random access down to 120 ns, and page access as fast as 15 ns. Uniform 128 KB sectors, 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC enable robust performance. With 100,000 program/erase cycles and up to 20-year data retention, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
