The S29GL01GT12DHVV10 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with random access times down to 120 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns. It supports a versatile I/O voltage range (1.65 V to VCC), x8/x16 data bus, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure robust reliability for automotive, industrial, and embedded code or data storage across –40°C to +105°C.
