The S29GL01GT12DHN023 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with parallel interface and 3.0 V core operation. It delivers random access times of 120 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, supporting ×8/×16 data bus modes and a versatile I/O voltage range from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. With a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, and advanced sector protection, it achieves 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
