The S29GL01GT11TFV033 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with a 3.0 V core and I/O from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports ×8/×16 data bus, random access down to 100 ns, and page access as low as 15 ns. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, uniform 128 KB sectors, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it offers 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
