The S29GL01GT11TFV010 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers random access down to 110 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports ×8/×16 data bus widths. AEC-Q100 qualified, it features a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. TSOP and BGA packages are available.
