It delivers random access times of 110 ns and page mode reads down to 15 ns, with a 512-byte programming buffer for fast writes. Uniform 128 KB sector architecture, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection enhance reliability. Qualified for automotive use (AEC-Q100 Grade 2, -40°C to +105°C), it supports 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention.
