The S28HS512TGABHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and a high-speed octal interface (JEDEC JESD251 xSPI). It operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, supports SDR up to 200 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps, and features flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC and CRC for data integrity, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive qualification. It is ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability.
