Its octal interface supports JEDEC eXpanded SPI (JESD251) and DDR read speeds up to 400 MBps, operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V. ISO26262 ASIL B compliance ensures functional safety. Integrated ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects double-bit errors. Endurance flex enables high-endurance and long retention. Sector protection and SafeBoot enhance reliability.
