It features Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, flexible sector architecture, and robust ECC (SECDED), CRC, and SafeBoot for data integrity. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified (–40°C to +105°C), it supports up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention. ISO 26262 ASIL B compliant and ASIL D ready.
