The S28HL512TFPBHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for robust data integrity and endurance. It supports octal interface (8S-8S-8S, 8D-8D-8D) with JEDEC SPI compliance, up to 200 MBps SDR and 400 MBps DDR. ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, built-in ECC, and Endurance Flex architecture enable high-endurance and long retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +105°C, it features sector protection for automotive systems.
