The S25HS512TFABHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports uniform and hybrid sector architectures, SECDED ECC and CRC for data integrity, and operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply. Quad SPI enables up to 102 MBps read speed. ISO26262 ASIL B compliant, it offers minimum 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability.
