The S25HS512TDPNHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash based on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It features ECC and CRC for data integrity, ISO 26262 ASIL B/D safety, and Endurance Flex architecture. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports Quad SPI (up to 102 MBps DDR), Dual SPI, and standard SPI. With 1,280,000 program-erase cycles, 25-year retention, AEC-Q100 qualification, advanced protection, AutoBoot, and hardware reset, it suits automotive and industrial uses.
