The S25HS512TDPMHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash for automotive and industrial use, featuring 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Quad/Dual SPI interfaces up to 102 MBps. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports ISO 26262 ASIL B and integrates ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection. Endurance Flex architecture enables configurable endurance and retention, with advanced sector protection and support for automotive temperature grades up to +125°C.
