The S25HS512TDPBHB013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ NOR technology, designed for functional safety with ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance and ASIL-D readiness. It supports Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols with SDR read rates up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. Flexible sector architecture, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced protection ensure data integrity and reliability for automotive and industrial applications.
