The S25FL256LAGNFM010 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory supporting single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it delivers up to 66 MBps read speed (Quad DDR), a 256-byte page programming buffer, and uniform erase options (4 KB, 32 KB, 64 KB, chip). Qualified for industrial and automotive (AEC-Q100 Grade 1, up to +125°C), it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and secure embedded storage in demanding environments.
