S25FL256LAGNFI013

The S25FL256LAGNFI013 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology for embedded and automotive systems. It supports SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad paths, QPI and DDR modes, achieving up to 66 MBps read rates at 133 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +125°C, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1. Security features include block protection and password locking. Typical uses are code shadowing, XIP, and secure storage.
