The S25FL128SAGMFIR10 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports up to 133 MHz clock, Quad DDR read at 80 MBps, 2.7 V to 3.6 V core, 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and operates from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Features include hybrid sector architecture, hardware ECC, OTP security, and robust block protection for automotive, industrial, and embedded code storage applications.
