The S25FL128SAGMFB011 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, delivering fast program and erase performance. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, plus DDR commands, with read speeds up to 52 MBps (Quad, 104 MHz) and DDR up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (VCC) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (VIO), it offers 20-year data retention, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and advanced security features.
