ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant, ASIL-D ready, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, it operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to +125°C. Features include flexible sector architecture, Endurance Flex for up to 2,560,000 cycles, ECC, advanced protection, SafeBoot, and 25-year retention.
