The S25HS01GTDPBHM030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad, Dual, and SPI protocols up to 166 MHz (SDR) and 102 MHz (DDR). Features include flexible 4 KB/256 KB sectors, a 512-byte buffer, and a 1,024-byte OTP array. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection enhance reliability. Endurance Flex enables up to 2,560,000 cycles and 25 years retention. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V.
