The S25FL512SAGMFBG10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, plus DDR read modes, achieving up to 80 MBps at 80 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector and minimum 20-year data retention.
