The S26KL256SDABHA030 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR flash memory with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation. It delivers up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 166 MHz (1.8 V) or 100 MHz (3.0 V), with 96 ns initial random read access. Features include 256 uniform 256-KB sectors, advanced sector protection, ECC, CRC, and a 512-byte program buffer.
