The S25FL256SAGNFI000 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory utilizing Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI modes including DDR, it achieves read rates up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR, 80 MHz). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it offers flexible sector architectures, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention.
