The FM25V02A-GTR is a 256-Kbit (32K × 8) serial F-RAM with high-speed SPI interface, supporting up to 40 MHz clock and operating from 2.0 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C. It delivers 100 trillion (1014) read/write cycles, 151-year data retention at 65°C, and NoDelay™ writes for instant storage. Low power operation, robust write protection, and a read-only Device ID ensure reliability for data logging, industrial control, and frequent nonvolatile writes.
