S27KL0642GABHA023 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for high-bandwidth scratchpad memory over the HYPERBUS interface with 8-bit DQ, CS#, RWDS, and RESET#. It supports 200 MHz DDR operation for up to 400 MB/s throughput and operates from 2.7 V to 3.60 V. Hybrid sleep and deep power-down reduce standby power. It is offered in a 24-ball FBGA for -40°C to +105°C automotive (AEC-Q100 Grade 2).
