S27KL0642DPBHI020 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) using the HYPERBUS™ interface for high-bandwidth external memory. It supports 1.8 V or 3.0 V operation (VCC 1.7–2.0 V or 2.7–3.60 V), and runs up to 166 MHz DDR with 35 ns max access time. The interface uses an 8-bit DQ bus with RWDS, CS#, and RESET#, plus configurable wrapped or linear bursts. Hybrid Sleep and deep power-down reach 12 µA.
