The S27KL0642DPBHA020 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface for high-speed code and data expansion. It supports 8-bit DQ[7:0], CS#, RESET#, and RWDS, with DP speed grade up to 166 MHz and up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) throughput. Max access time is 35 ns. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC over -40°C to +85°C (AEC-Q100 grade 3) in a 24-ball FBGA.
