The S25HL512TFANHB010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. It operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, features flexible sector architectures, and integrates ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety, ECC (SECDED), and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention.
