The S25HL512TFABHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It features ECC for single-bit error correction and two-bit error detection, supports Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols, and achieves read speeds up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR). Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is qualified for industrial and automotive applications up to 125°C. Endurance Flex architecture enables high-endurance partitions.
