The S25HL512TDPNHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI up to 166 MHz SDR and 102 MHz DDR for read speeds up to 102 MBps. It features flexible sector architectures, ECC and CRC data integrity, and ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance. With a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply range, endurance of 1,280,000 cycles, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
