The S25HL512TDPBHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high reliability. It supports Quad, Dual, and standard SPI with up to 83 MBps SDR and 102 MBps DDR read speeds. Flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot ensure data integrity and safety. Endurance Flex enables up to 1,280,000 cycles or 25 years retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is ideal for automotive and industrial uses.
