The S25HL512TDPBHB013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad and Dual SPI interfaces with read rates up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR), operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and features SECDED ECC error correction, ISO26262 ASIL B functional safety, Endurance Flex architecture, advanced sector protection, and a minimum of 1,280,000 program-erase cycles.
