It features SECDED ECC, Endurance Flex architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, and SafeBoot. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it provides high endurance, 25-year data retention, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification for automotive and industrial use.
