The S25FS128SDSNFI100 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports SPI Multi-I/O including DDR Quad I/O for up to 80 MBps read rates. Hybrid and uniform sector options, page programming buffer, automatic ECC, and advanced sector protection enhance reliability. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it is AEC-Q100 qualified and available in WSON 6 × 8 mm package.
