The S25FL256SAGBHIA13 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory featuring pipeline program/erase with 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR, and flexible sectoring with hybrid 4-KB/64-KB or uniform 256-KB options. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) for automotive reliability.
