The S25FL256SAGBHI203 is a 256 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, delivering high-speed Quad DDR read up to 80 MBps at 80 MHz. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification for automotive use up to 105°C.
