FM25CL64B-DG

The FM25CL64B-DG is a 64-Kbit (8K × 8) serial F-RAM with SPI interface for high-endurance nonvolatile memory. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.65 V, supports up to 20 MHz SPI clock, and guarantees 100 trillion read/write cycles with 151-year data retention at 65°C. Low power (200 μA active at 1 MHz, 3 μA standby), write protection, and industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C) suit industrial controls, data logging, and fast reliable storage. RoHS compliant 8-pin DFN package.
