The S26KS256SDPBHN020 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR flash device with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting up to 166 MHz clock and 333 MBps read throughput at 1.8 V. It features 8-bit data bus, 96 ns initial random read, 512-byte program buffer, 256-KB uniform sectors, ECC, CRC, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C) qualification.
