The S26KS256SDPBHM023 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with a high-speed HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation, up to 166 MHz (333 MBps) at 1.8 V, and 100 MHz (200 MBps) at 3.0 V. The device features 96 ns initial random read access, a 512-byte write buffer, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
