The S26KS256SDPBHB023 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade HYPERFLASH™ memory with HYPERBUS™ interface, supporting 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation at up to 166 MHz (333 MBps). It features uniform 256 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, ECC with 1-bit correction and 2-bit detection, and a 512-byte program buffer. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
