The S26KS256SDABHN030 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade HYPERFLASH™ memory with HYPERBUS™ interface, supporting dual voltage operation (1.8 V and 3.0 V) and up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 166 MHz. It features DDR center-aligned read strobe (DCARS), embedded ECC and CRC, uniform 256 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. Operating from -40°C to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it offers 20-year data retention and standby current of 25 µA.
